Item seemed to be as described, but was packaged with little to no protection. Just one stripe off bubblewrap, so the item moved freely around in the box and when it arrived there were issues with it's performance. The machine a made noise that wasn't in the test video as something was rubbing against the wheel and one of the keys became disconnected. The seller was respondent to communication, but little could be done to rectify the issue by that point.
Excellent customer service 10/10. Always replies to messages, product arrives exactly as shown in the photos, and if you need more, they send extra pictures. Everything comes well-packed and in order. Very patient if you have shipping issues (USPS) and does everything possible to keep the customer satisfied. Truly a great seller.
Product was as described. Shipped quickly, but got stuck in the USPS system for a while. Eventually arrived. Shipped in the original packaging, not a shipping box, and had been opened. Product appears as described and works well.
