The Shipping Box was damaged in the USPS Mail. The Radio was sold as New. It did not have the original Packing (Factory) Box and had only paper wrapped around it inside the box. As a result the inside of the radio was broke and will not play. I notified the Post Office & they told me to notify the Sell to file a claim. I notified the him and sent him pictures. He said he filed & claim but he has not head back. Hoping to get this resolved. Thank You
