A+ Seller items. Good communications. Terrible FedEx delivery! I specifically purchased this item from this Seller because the listing said UPS delivery. UPS has a 35-year perfect track record for my home deliveries. Unfortunately the seller changed the shipping to FedEx without notifying me prior. FedEx left my large box on the concrete driveway instead of to my house. At least they brought the box, although it appears something was stacked on top of the flat side marked do not lay flat. SMH
Ordered parts they where sent back by the post office reason wrong address my bad!! Got in contact with seller explained what I did wrong they resent my order with the correct address without charging me for shipping. sherry said they would take care of it and they did you are awesome the parts came in time to not ruin our camping trip!!
