Although they sent it with big stickers that said "fragile" the post office mangled the box, which damaged one of the toys inside. The seller offered a partial refund--hassle free--and was very kind and willing to make the problem right. Great customer service, fast shipping, and good product. I highly recommend - Dr. J.

Some of the most excellent service I've ever gotten on eBay! The seller wrapped the item in double cardboard, triple plastic, and lots of tape so that the item wouldn't open in transit. The item was better than described and in new condition and I would shop here again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much :)
