Not sure how to review this purchase. The laptop came quickly, all the way from Australia to Canada. However, the trackpad was not working on it. I contacted the seller, who told me to update the drivers which I did. It still did not work and when I told the seller I wished to return it, I was offered a 50% refund to keep it. When I said I still wanted to return it, I got all my money refunded. No return instructions were ever received and eBay considered the transaction was complete.
Before I bought this ThinkPad, I asked the seller if they can securely packed the item so it does not damaged. Seller responded quickly assuring they use superior material to protect this ThinkPad. Four business days later, it finally arrived and it was in excellent condition as they have described. No scuff marks or dents whatsoever. It also had great value at the time of the purchase. If there are similar products like this, then I will buy from this seller again.
Great seller. Shipping was very fast. Item was packed extremely securely. Laptop was flawless. Specs as described. Condition was sold as 'excellent used condition'. To me, the laptop seems as if I purchased it new. Great price.
