Very poor customer service. The item was very late in arriving because the seller simply didn't ship it out. The Ear Plugs are fine but NOT FOR SLEEPING. The loop section is hard plastic and are uncomfortable when trying to sleep with them especially if your a side sleeper. If you use the for any other use they're fine. I purchased them for sleeping so it's a total loss for me. I left positive feedback because I have been selling on EBay for 25 yrs I would not leave anybody negative feedback.
