This is a low budget British movie about a family man (Kurt) who gets made redundant from his job due to cut backs because of the financial wows hitting big business. He goes home to his family who are also having troubles either at school or work. Kurt decides to take his family to the country to try and forget the problems of city life. But unbeknownst to the family he has some "surprises" in store. A strict father loosens up enough to let his children take a day off school for a trip to the countryside. But things turn darker when the family realize he is planning to make it their last outing ever.
