Description
Dark purple octahedral fluorite crystals on Rhyolite matrix. Very showey specimen; part of a seam collected in 2018 from an unnamed small vein on the Gila River, New Mexico. Vibrantly rich blue fluorescence: photo #12 displays the extent of the fluorescence, but not the right color. The largest Fluorite crystals are 1.6 cm. Overall dimensions of this small cabinet piece are 10.6 x 7.2 x 4.1 cm. Comes mounted on acrylic display stand as pictured. `12922
