Bright silver pleated skirt still has tag attached MSK brand . Super cute. The pleats are very small, so looks ribbed in the pictures. See detail in last picture Waist is 16" across, not stretched and stretches to 22 inches. 24" long I am clearing out a lot of things that I have stored. Some new, some used.
