  1. This item was stolen from the mailing envelope, delivered to me empty except for promotional materials, apparently by USPS employees. I reported a theft to George H. LaBarre Galleries, to eBay, and to USPS postal inspectors. LaBarre Galleries helped me get an eBay refund for this stolen item, even though it was mailed uninsured. eBay has been bureaucratic, but I still hope to get a refund for the two other stock certificates stolen from the same envelope. I'd still rather have the certificates.

  3. Shipping price was a little bit steep but product was in fantastic condition and really well packaged. Overall value without shipping is pretty average, which in banknotes I’d say is good, but with shipping it isn’t the best unless you have a gift card to cover it like I did. Greta quality though, so definitely a good seller
