Great experience, shipped out quickly, described very well. I'm very happy with my new Thinkpad! I had some questions about the Thinkpad before I bought it, answered within minutes. It came very well packaged which had me feel confident about it working fine. Value was pretty good, especially for the price I paid! Came with a 1080p screen! (These old Thinkpads usually come with a very low quality 720p screen.) I would very strongly recommend this seller if you're thinking about buying from them!
Item received was exactly as described, shipped very quickly. But, that is not what you need to know. UPS lost the item - reported it was now an empty package, pending info for refund (in UPS tracking). I mentioned it to them - They had another package on the way within 24 hours. They did everything they could to make it right, at lightning speed. If you are looking to buy something, and they have it, you should get it from them! They are the best sellers I have worked with in years. A++++
