  3. Y'know what? The lid was shipped either too loosely, or came undone during shipment. Spilling the contents of the stuff I ordered. But it was packaged well enough that the contents stayed in the box and didn't leak everywhere. The shipper was really cool about it and refunded my money immediately. Will probably be using them again, because these things happen occasionally.
