Basket arrived broken—-however it was packed extremely well and box was labeled as fragile. The seller contacted me immediately even though they were out of office. Pictures were exchanged and refund was posted immediately . Very professional and responsive. Very happy and impressed with this seller. Sad that basket was broken but happy for a positive interaction.
