  1. The item was as described and arrived fairly quickly. My issue was with how the transaction happened. The link that I clicked on showed the item at a slightly lower price and having free shipping. I am partly to blame as I just clicked my way through where it took me on ebay, instead of carefully reviewing the conditions, including an excessive shipping fee before adding it to my cart. I guess it is a cautionary tale to not assume things are as they first appear.
