Pleatco Filter Set For Clarity, Healthy Living & Therapool The EcoPur® Charge Filter Set by Pleatco® (SKU: 268906) are made for model-year (and later) hot tubs. These filters are designed to remove heavy metals, scum, algae, and particulates from your spa for a clean and relaxing experience. This set replaces the X268906 and the 268708 Filter Returns: Filters must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt. Master Spa Parts cannot accept returns of any opened filters, even if unused.
Item was shipped only after the complaint, then I received a message from UPS that item was delivered then I contacted Seller that item not delivered then Seller offered to ship it again after more business days, it clearly was a scam attempt, but... I requested a refund and it was issued promptly. Otherwise after few more delays it would be past eBay time frame for disputes and money would be lost. I guess these messages from UPS regarding shipping and delivery were fabricated by Seller...
The man was very nice and kept in touch with me. Apologizing that it was taking so long. It ended up that they no longer can get the filters for my swim spa. Refunded my money right away. I do not hold that against them if they can’t get them. But I know he tried very hard and was very sorry. Not being able to fulfill my order.
Not really sure what happened but seemed like a scam even though I got a refund.
