  1. Item arrived solidly packed up on bubble wrap. Upon unpacking it from the bubble wrap I found one of the metal arms had detached from the metal rim that holds the glass shade. This was not mentioned in the listing and could have happened in transit. Perhaps it was wrapped too tightly? My husband can repair it so its not a major problem. All glass is intact and lamp works as listed.

  3. Very happy with this. Item was just as described and shown. Arrived carefully wrapped and packaged. Shipping was slow due to USPS which always takes longer. I think the amount charged for shipping was a bit on the high side compared to other faster shippers. Good overall value and displayed with with my other vases.
