The adorable puppy hoodie was shipped to me promptly and arrived in perfect condition and was brand new as described. It was packaged well in tissue paper and placed in a plastic mailer envelope. It is super cute, made well, and fits my puppy perfectly. I appreciate the good value as this is a discontinued item and I really wanted it for my new pup.
