Item arrived quickly but not as described. Packaging wasn't professional but protected the item which is what matters. Listing specifically was for a TPU case, and they sent a hard plastic version which is what I was trying to avoid. As soon as I pointed this out, Seller immediately started the refund process for me which simple, and refund processed within 24 hours of item being returned. Because of this I will do business with them again. Mistakes happen, but making it right is what matters.
The 12-pack of hair claw clips were in beautiful colors & were the perfect size to tame my raging mane. I finally had to hide them because everybody wanted one!
