Layers The TECMASK Reusable Face Mask incorporates three fabric layers bonded together to make one durable, lightweight, and breathable mask whilst maintaining its protective qualities. They are the first of its kind in the market to have a BFE (Bacterial Filtration Efficiency) greater than 80% which has been tested according to stringent Australian Standards. The layers of our masks are made from quality fabrics and are aimed at protecting you when you wear the mask as directed. The correct position for a mask is sitting comfortably over the ears, covering the nose and mouth, while sitting flush against the skin to form a barrier. The Outer Layer has moisture management qualities and is made from an eco-friendly recycled polyester fabric. The Filtration Layer is a "Folma - Shield'' which has anti-microbial and anti-fungal qualities. The Inner Layer is a Carbon Hi-Tech Yarn that is bacteriostatic , allows for breathability, heat regulating and is moisture transferable . Care Instructions Here are the recommended steps for washing your Reusable Face Mask: Hand wash 1. Soak your mask in warm water with any detergent you have at home. 2. Hand wash and rinse. 3. Let the mask air dry. 4. Wash/sanitise your hands after handling your used face masks. Machine Wash 1. Your mask can be washed in the washing machine with other clothes. 2. Use a lukewarm water setting and any detergent you have at home. 3. Let the face masks air dry. Testing Tested by the Australian Government’s (Department of Industry, Science and Innovation) National Measurement Institute (NMI) . We do not accept returns for a change of mind. If you have been sent the incorrect order or any of your TECMASK products have been damaged, please contact us at returns@tecmask.com and we will look into this for you. We will only process a replacement or refund if your order contained damaged or incorrect items. Firstly, we apologise for the inconvenience and are happy to provide you with either a refund or an exchange of goods available on our website. To be eligible for this service, you will be required to return the damaged or incorrect goods to our warehouse, subject to the following conditions: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase The returned items must be unworn or otherwise unused in the original packets. We do not offer product exchanges, refunds or returns if you simply change your mind. If you request an exchange of goods, this will only be processed once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-3 above.
