The dial has not been refinished. This is a triple signed Hamilton water resistant men's round vintage mechanical wristwatch. The case is 30mm in diameter and 36mm from lung tip to lug tip with the lug ID of 16mm. The watch does wind, set and run with brisk motion. Although this watch has been stored away for over 30 years, I did test it for 60 hours and it was 15 seconds fast in the dial-up position. This watch will eventually need fresh oil since it has been stored away for so many years it's a credit to the quality of the movement that after all these years it runs so well after being stored away for so long.
