Offered here is a vintage classic Children's Nickel Magazine: "Tip Top Weekly No. 556", "Dick Merriwell's 'Push' Or, The Victim Of The Flying Mare", December 8, 1906 , approx. 10 7/8" X 8 3/8" , Published by Street & Smith, New York. Issued weekly. In over-all good condition, the covers are separated at the spine. Internal Oxidation and chipping with paper loss at the bottom right corners of several pages, VERY THIN paper. Came from the original family - purchased from a gentlemen whose great grandfather owned these originally. MANY of these early one have issues with the left side corners. I really believed they were clipped back in the day - maybe remainder stock?? Strange that the same exact corners on each one seem clipped.
