Smaller sized (4.5 X 7 in.), brown cloth hardcover, 416 pages, plus a 7 page appendix and 3 pages of ads. Affixed to the back endpaper is a very good, large, fold-out "Stable Chart" of a horse, which has a couple tiny corner tears. The back endpaper has several tiny edge chips. There's a sketch of a horse, followed by a frontispiece illustration of the skeleton of a horse. No other illustrations inside. Good condition.
