It has openwork design with three larger black stones in a flower like design and then more smaller round black stones on the outside edges. No missing stones - signed MJ ENT or M JENT. It measures 2 3/8 inches tall - light wear/needs light cleaning - has an entire black finish so not sure of base metal - saw other similar stating "Japanned".
