This dial has applied hour markers with black enamel, baton hands, and red arrow center sweep. CASE: Needs a winding crown. YES the stem is here for the crown. Caseback has NO personal engraving and NO wear through spots. Signed: Waltham BASE METAL TOP ST.STEEL BACK ANTIMAGNETIC SHOCKRESISTANT WATERPROOF .
