One stormy night, a ship crashes against the rocks. The sails are breaking; the masts are battered. When the passengers have given up all hope of receiving help, they see a boat approaching in the dark: a man cuts through the waves and paddles, approaching them. The memory of that night will forever mark Allen. This is the story of a life-changing friendship, a lost puffin, a boy, and a lonely artist; a story that shows that a single event can change everything forever.
