Grain sack Fabric Bolt Blue Stripe Antique homespun two-toned linen by the yard. ~ The tone of this bolt is a STUNNING, two natural tones! This fabric is a heavy weight linen, wonderfully nubby and slubby! ~ Lovely heavy weight! Machine washable over and over and over, just test a small piece to be sure the dye will not bleed first! This bolt of homespun European linen dates from the late 1800's to the early 1900's. ~~ This wonderful fabric is hand loomed and has a lovely thin blue center stripe! ~ The tone of this bolt is a STUNNING, two natural tones!!! The outside is a pale cool, almost gray tone and the other side is a slightly warmer and darker hemp color. This fabric is a heavy weight linen, wonderfully nubby and slubby!!~ Lovely heavy weight!! This bolt has a very mottled tone and marks from storage so may be best for timeworn projects, or it is possible the patina will wash away. ~ Ideal for window treatments, table runners, pillows etc! Machine washable over and over and over, just test a small piece to be sure the dye will not bleed first! ~*~ ~ Wonderfully high quality. I love knowing these linens were grown without the use of pesticides, just lovely natural fabric. ~*~*~ ( EL309 ) MEASUREMENTS : I am selling this length by the yard so each quantity will measure about 21.75 inches wide by 1 yard long. If you would like to receive a longer, continuous length simply increase the quantity and you will receive one long, uncut piece. For example, if you need 3 yards for your project, simply change the quantity to 3 and you will receive a length of fabric measuring 21.75 inches wide by 3 yards long. CONDITION : This gorgeous textile is in as found, unwashed condition. On the whole length of this bolt, close to one side edge, there are blotchy pale marks that can be seen on bolt sides of this bolt (though are more apparent on the darker side) that appear in regularly spaced intervals throughout the length. It is possible these marks will disappear with washing, but I cannot be sure. These marks add to the modeled look of this bolt, but you may want to try washing, or use the side where the marks are less apparent. There are a few other small marks which may or may not wash fully. Sturdy condition! Condition reflected in the price. 3/28/19
