I believe to have fried the motherboard by overheating from poor ventilation and forgetfulness of leaving it on all night on a mattress. Everything worked beautifully before this issue. I am selling this Laptop solely for the working parts listed:(CPU) AMD Ryzen 7 4800 (GPU) NIVIDA GeForce GTX 1660Ti (RAM) Two 4Gb sticks of ram for a total of 8Gb (SSD) 512Gb I have not cleared the SSD either so please note that. The screen is not missing any pixels the display is perfect (No scratches) the keyboard has all keys all the lighting on the keyboard works great. Fans are dirty certainly need cleaning as well as the entire laptop can be cleaned. All the ports work. One issue I came across shortly before the motherboard issue was the audio was making a popping sound so please note that (This issue was a on and off thing). While trying to trouble shoot myself I cracked the bottom case near the USB port. Comes with HP Charging block that was sold from best buy with the purchase of the device.
