Only a broad mind such as Wells could have written this book- did he have a “Time Machine?” I think his intuitive brain was-remember he predicted tbe atomic bomb in his 1914 book “The World Set Free.” In this 1939 book, his astute analysis of subjects are very prophetic to the times we now live in that are affecting the human species. Perhaps not many copies were signed by him but given the flourish in his signature it’s clear he was pleased with book. This book is an under-rated forgotten work. It’s time to resurrect “The Fate of Man” to its proper status. H. G. Wells held this book in his hands, breathed on it, signed his name in it. First American Edition signed by H. G. Wells.
