Paul Dumas Vintage French fabric valance material old. A lovely fabric designed by Paul Dumas! The bird and floral design is as charming as they get ! ~ This valance still has the tiny rings for hanging at the back. It would make a stunning valance for under a sink, a cupboard shelf, curtain valance, above a doorway or lovely too deconstructed and used for making pillows etc ~. Welcome to The Textile Trunk , please follow us on Instagram we are @textiletrunk ~ A lovely fabric designed by Paul Dumas!!~ SO beautifully designed, sometime around the 1940's? ~ it's a medium weight cotton with aged toned ground and wonderful pinks and greens. The bird and floral design is as charming as they get ! ~*~ !~ This valance still has the tiny rings for hanging at the back. It would make a stunning valance for under a sink, a cupboard shelf, curtain valance , above a doorway or lovely too deconstructed and used for making pillows etc ~ MEASUREMENTS : ~ this wonderful valance measures : 26 inches long by 48 inches wide at the top, however the bottom ( the actual size of the width ) is 89 inches ! ~ So much fabric CONDITION : This fabric is in as found, not freshly laundered condition and can be machine washed and hung to dry ~ This fabric has some light storage marks, and a pale water mark too ~ this fabric has light signs of time and use often inherent in these wonderful finds ~*~ Lovely , but not perfect! ~*~ EFF GRM Jan 13/2021
