Vintage SNAP-ON TOOLS Belt Buckle Pewter Ltd Numbered original box w/reg card. The date is unknown but thought to be the late 1970s. The belt buckle is stamped 29694 and Creative Specialties on the back side of the buckle. The presentation box is yellow, two lid corners are split, with stains and marks on the inside and outside. This vintage limited edition Snap-On Tools belt buckle is a unique and collectible accessory for men. Made of pewter this silver-colored belt buckle with a wrench motif, is in the original box with registration card. The buckle has never been worn and would fit a 1.5 inch wide belt.
