Missing back cover, front cover is detached. Pages are dirty and brittle and has to be handled gingerly. his character was the first PATRIOTIC SUPER HERO IN COMICS I believe this #10 is a very scarce comic today. Only 1 or 2 have come up for sale yearly for the last 10 years. There was an incredible high grade CGC 8.5 sold last year for $10,200, highest price ever, and a 1.0 that sold for $480, lowest price in last 6 years.
