Description
1873 Indenture Land Deed Wayne Township Corry Pennsylvania. This one of a kind land Deed from Wayne township is in remarkable condition for being 150 years old. From what I could make out when reading this, in 1873 Joseph and Serena Rhodes sold 100 acres for 2000 dollars to Frederick Newfort and Robert Lewis. No mention of structure just the exchange of land. This exchange, according to the small document pictured and attached to the bottom left corner, was witnessed and acknowledged in Chautauqua County New York which is just north. A very interesting land deed and would look really great framed or part of an ephemera collection. The back has a hand written note as pictured. The overall condition is good which is evident in the photos. If you have any questions feel free to ask! I accept returns and check out my other items!
