Battery packs are original/older Ni-Cd style packs and show charge lights when connected, but long-term battery life/runtime has not been tested and is not guaranteed. Radio has normal cosmetic wear from age/use, including scuffs, dust, and minor wear to the battery packs and case. Please review all photos closely for condition.
