For your collecting pleasure! This is a scarce TV Times Weekly TV guide that was given out free from drug stores from the late 1950s to the mid-1980s in the upper midwest only. The covers featured stars and special events on TV starting in 1961. These free guides are very hard to find as they were considered throw away magazines (we did every week as did thousands of other households), so finding these TV Times magazines are fun and rare! The guides have a few articles, usually about television but some have other features. There are reviews of TV shows or trends, a crossword puzzle, listings of all of the local channels and some great ads of programs during the day and nighttime. If there are particularly notable ones, I'll include it in the description above. I have a number of these - all different dates - that I'll be listing, so have fun collecting these rare and colorful TV Times magazines!
