ANTIQUE 1881 LETTERHEAD PATE & SONS GENERAL STORE HAWKINSVILLE GA PULASKI COUNTY. 5 3/4" by 9" paper with printed letterhead of Pate & Sons, dealers in general merchandise & guano in Hawkinsville. Dated April 8, 1881, sent to John Curd, a Macon businessman who was associated with Macon banks. Mr John H Pate was looking for a loan to tide himself over until Fall and was offering collateral for the loan.
