Marin 27.5 Disc Gravel Commuter Mountain Road Quick Release Wheelset 100mm 135mm. This is a Marin 27.5 disc wheelset. It's new, removed from a new bike. I consider this wheelset new. It was removed from a new bike and has zero miles on it. I've left the reflectors and spoke protector on the wheels. Please read my entire description. Due to the nature of the item and expensive shipping, it's not returnable. I am happy to answer questions before you purchase. This is a Marin 27.5 disc wheelset. It's new, removed from a new bike. The front and rear hubs have the Marin name on them, most likely made by Formula, Joytech/Novatec, or Quando. They are cup and cone bearing hubs like Shimano uses in a lot of their hubs. They are durable and low maintenance. The front hub width is 100mm and is quick release. The rear hub width is 135mm and is quick release. The hubs work with 6 bolt rotors. The rear hub will work with 7-12 speed cassettes that are designed to fit a Shimano HG style hub. A 7 speed cassette will require an additional 4.5mm spacer. The rear hub will not work with an 11 speed road cassette and will not work with a Microspline style cassette. The rims have the Marin brand on them but are most likely made by Alex, Sun/Ringle, or WTB. They are double wall rims and have an internal width of 25mm (my calipers measure 26.43mm) The rims are not tubeless compatible. There are many instructions and videos online about different ways to make non-tubeless rims tubeless but that's at your risk. They are disc brake only. The rims are drilled for presta valves. Each wheel is laced with 32 stainless steel straight gauge spokes with brass chrome plated nipples. Q uick release skewers are included. I consider this wheelset new. It was removed from a new bike and has zero miles on it. I've left the reflectors and spoke protector on the wheels. If you look closely you may notice a mark or two on it from handling and storage. There is slight paint loss on some of the spokes where they cross each other. This is normal from the building process, most likely machine built.
