Vintage Barbie ~ Francie ~ Clothing ~ Bubble Cut TLC Lot. TLC mix of Barbie, Francie, clone, maybe homemade items with a Bubble cut head. The Bubble is I think a white ginger head. Someone treated her for green ear and she's ruined. They are stained brown with cracked vinyl, otherwise she would be very pretty.
