The lighter green turquoise is a unique feature of this bracelet. Enjoy checking that out. Fabulous Traditional SilverNavajo Bracelet. Fabulous Traditional Silver Navajo Bracelet. Signed with maker mark, but I am unable to read well enough to identify this artist. It features a genuine oval green turquoise center. It is a more delicate style and petite sized for a smaller to average size woman's wrist. The lighter green turquoise is a unique feature of this bracelet. Depending on the particular mine that the turquoise came from, colors will vary. For a little extra info, I have included a little chart of various USA turquoise mines and the type of turquoise stones that come from them. Enjoy checking that out. The bracelet is very traditional using the silversmith technique of a twisted rope design across the middle of a split and open set bracelet. The silver bezel is flatly wound around the stone with the frequently seen silver leaf, along the side of the stone. There are so many little traditionally seen details here. Take a good look at each photo. There is oxidation and wear from time to obscure the imprinted maker mark. I tried real hard to read it, even using my magnifier. You can tell it's there though. It does easily adjust for sizing, as the silver is thin enough to do so, without harming the piece. This silver bracelet is a vintage piece with natural silver oxidation that occurs over time with sterling. Take a good look at the photos provided. Other than that, this little bracelet is in very nice condition! Many beautiful, quality pieces were made by well known silversmiths in the Navajo tradition.
