It has paint loss, chippy paint, a little rust, stains, minor dirt and wear. Local pick up is available. This was probably originally a ceiling light fixture holder. I show it with a candle, and other items, and also just hanging on the wall. It has paint loss, chippy paint, a little rust, stains, minor dirt and wear. Measurements are about 9 1/2" wide by 2" tall. THE ITEMS INSIDE ARE NOT INCLUDED.
