Dalzell Viking Oval, Frosted Blue, Bead Rim Candlewick Style Glass Bowl 6" Long. In 1986, Kenneth Dalzell bought Viking Glass. The frosted blue Candlewick style line is thought to be made in the early 1990s. This is a lovely frosted blue exterior bowl with a smooth interior finish with large Candlewick style balls on the rim of the bowl. Offering for sale one vintage, oval Dalzell Viking frosted blue, beaded rim, Candlewick style glass bowl. When Imperial Glass closed in 1984, Viking purchased some of their molds. In 1986, Kenneth Dalzell bought Viking Glass. He modernized the manufacturing facility, and Dalzell Viking began production in October 1987. The frosted blue Candlewick style line is thought to be made in the early 1990s. This is a lovely frosted blue exterior bowl with a smooth interior finish with large Candlewick style balls on the rim of the bowl. The bowl is 6 inches long and 4-1/4 inches at the widest measurement. It is 2-1/8 inches tall. This is a used bowl from my 20+ year old stash. I only used it for display and it has been stored in a sideboard. It is very good to excellent condition with no nicks or chips, and all the Candlewick balls are intact. Check out the photos.
