Awesome JNCO Jeans button up short sleeve shirt from late 90's/early 2000s. Bright sky blue color with red and orange flames and JNCO logo on back. Serious Y2K and Guy Fieri vibes. Good condition with no holes or rips. Has small paint stains on the front. I was able to scrub a lot of it off. With the right tools and potions they could be completely removed.
