Im not sure how but I literally received my package 4 days after purchasing FROM Jerusalem!! It takes that same time if not longer to get my package from just a few us states away. This seller is excellent and the product appeared to be correct although there is no laser engraving to indicate if this is actually a Lisle tool bit that's not the sellers problem that's a manufactured problem
