The Sump DrainTrap can be used in any of 's gas tight sump basin covers. It was designed to drain the lateral flow of water at a rate of 7.5 gallons per minute (GPM) at a water depth up 1.5". Uses for the Sump DrainTrap include incidental spills, minor flooding, periodic drainage of a water heater, condensate and dehumidifier discharge. The Sump DrainTrap is NOT intended for drainage from a washing machine, basement shower or sink and multiple condensate hoses. This product is intended for water ONLY.
