I was reluctant to try to fix the safety pin on the back, until the seller agreed to that. Some time later, he said to go ahead and try, even offered to refund my payment and let me keep the pin. That was not necessary. Once he said OK, I tried and at least got it to the point where I was able to attach it. All is good!
