Blodgett Hydrovection Ovens Double Stack Model: HV100G Natural Gas Built in 2021 The Blodgett HV-100G DBL HydroVection oven is a two-deck, Natural gas-powered unit that holds 10 full-size pans. Each deck features a 7-inch touchscreen controller with storage for up to 500 recipes, rack timing, multi-shelf cooking, and HAACP logging. Six tubular heaters and a 4-speed reversing fan ensure even heat and airflow, while cavity venting and a thermostatically controlled quench system maintain precise temperatures. A 4-inch removable core probe enables accurate internal food monitoring. Built with a durable stainless steel exterior and coved 304 stainless interior, the oven includes 2½ inches of insulation, dual-pane glass doors with a single curved handle, and adjustable 8½-inch legs. Added features include a welded angle-iron frame, side hand shower, xenon lighting, and an integrated drain for easy maintenance.
