Communication was great, price was good. Shipping was timely with a very polite delivery driver. Unit arrived in perfect condition. I haven't used it yet because of the temperature is -12°F. Looks like a rock solid machine and I'm looking forward to using it for tree clean up and barn cleaning. Maybe should have a bigger battery as the one it came with won't start it in this cold weather but the delivery driver who isn't affiliated with Huayee said these are the nicest mini skids he delivers.
I purchased this grapple as an add-on to the fantastic mini-loader I got from the same seller. They were very responsive, and stayed in communication regularly to make sure the item arrived and was in good condition. It was VERY well packaged in a sturdy crate, which I haven't yet had the opportunity to open. Based on the quality of the packaging and the loader itself, I'm confident that it will be great for my Spring projects. I'm quite happy with my experience with this company!
Huayee representatives were very responsive and helpful. We promptly received the HY480C and attachments. We’ve been using the skid steer for a couple weeks and has been inline with expectations. Some quirks but definitely the best value for money for the type of product. I’d buy it again.
