12 vintage Maple Sap Spouts-Warner's 1899 Patent Design. Group of 12 cast iron maple sap spouts made sometime in the early twentieth century using Warner's patent from 1899.They used a steel wire hook, which according to the maple spout expert, Hale Mattoon, sap collectors have yet to find an example. These have had the rust removed. They may have been originally galvanized.
