Switch the way the stone looks by “flipping” it around based on your mood or outfit. The flippable center stone is made up of 9 smaller stones arranged in a Rubik’s cube-looking pattern. I believe one side to be made up of sapphires and the other side of diamonds, but please exercise your own judgement. Mostly made of up white gold with yellow gold accents flanking the center stone.
