Southern Belle blue boudoir vanity nightlight working lamp L. E. Smith 1940's. L. E. Smith vanity lamp made in the 1940’s in Mount Pleasant, Pa.. Southern Belle frosted glass lady with parasol shade. Cord is like new. You can’t tell in picture but the shade is a pretty blue color when light is on. She does have a tiny chip on the end of her nose. You could put a speck of light blue or white on the underneath side of the glass. No other chips or cracks. If you put a tiny bit of color on the inside of the glass nose, it would probably look a lot better. L. E. Smith vanity lamp made in the 1940’s in Mount Pleasant, Pa..
