Box was sealed; I opened it to ensure no water damage to any pieces inside. Assembly instructions have some signs of water, but everything is still readable, pages just a little wavy. One bag had broken open (see photos), but no parts had fallen out. Everything else is sealed and accounted for. Please see all photos for reference on condition!!
